Micalite Vermiculite Boards

Micalite™ Vermiculite Boards provide fire resistance, insulation and thermal stability. Ideal for wood burning stoves, Micalite™ boards are easy to cut and are available in a number of thicknesses and densities.

Micalite™ boards are also available with decorative surfaces including Brick effect, Herringbone and Reeded patterns making them ideal insulation panels for inglenooks.

Dupré Minerals are also able to supply pre-cut shapes of Micalite™ board to customers specifications by our CNC Router cutting service.

Using a state of the art CNC Router, shapes can be cut to an accuracy of ±1mm. Changes to drawings can be implemented immediately allowing revised shapes to be made without the need for new moulds or dies to be manufactured.

Requirements can be submitted as a drawing or in .dwg or .dxf format. All drawing dimensions should be included.
