Micronised Fused Silica
|
Fused silica is an amorphous siliceous glass produced by high temperature fusion of high quality crystalline silica (quartz). This fusion produces a substance characterised by very low thermal expansion and a high resistance to temperature and thermal shock.
Dupré Minerals 15µm Fused Silica has been manufactured from specially selected source materials to ensure a highly pure product with a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high moisture resistance. It is ideal for the highly demanding manufacture of epoxy fillers, integrated circuits, refractories and investment castings.
