AT Cement

Application

AT cement is a siliceous air setting refractory mortar for jointing firebricks in normal oxidising conditions, supplied in a plastic, ready to use form.

Classification

It is not advisable to use AT cement beyond a maximum service temperature of 1500°C (=MST).

Composition

AT cement has a typical Alumina content of 8.0% and Iron Oxide content of 1.5%.

Packaging and Storage

AT cement is supplied in 10 litre plastic tubs. Use in rotation and before three months from date of manufacture for optimum performance. Exposure to air and storage outside the temperature range of 25-5°C will result in deterioration.
